Jane Duffy

A committed, competent and organized leader with an extensive background in construction services, excellent communication skills. Jane has a proven track record as a team player in staff, management and ownership roles. She has a strong ability to promote positive morale. She has owned and operated diverse businesses including environmental pipe maintenance and electrical supply companies.

Director of Operations

Tony Duffy

A senior executive with year after year success in achieving revenue , profit and growth objectives. Has led teams comprised of more than 200 employees. Began his career as a banker – Member of the Institute of Bankers (MCIBS). Tony has an extensive business background across multiple sectors. Highly proficient in negotiations including government agencies, contractors, engineers and unions. A former CEO of an environmental infrastructure maintenance company. Tony understands the importance of thinking and acting more like an asset manager than just a property manager on behalf of clients.

 

Office Manager

Angela Cassidy

Angela joined the First Choice team in 2019. Prior to joining she applied her extensive office management skills for 10 years at an industrial manufacturer in Chicago serving as office manager overseeing all administrative functions. Additionally she served 4 years in the US Marine Corps (Semper Fidelis!) stationed at Headquarters in Quantico, VA. She supported senior officers in the administrative process of separation and retirement of service members . She lives in the south-west suburbs of Chicago with her 2 children and enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and singing karaoke.

Maintenance Supervisor

Ricky Dorsey

A certified electrician Ricky has a broad background in all aspects of property management. He worked as maintenance technician at Methodist Hospital before creating Dorsey Construction. He understands all facets of building maintenance and construction.
